2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

FillAI uses artificial intelligence (specifically, Google Gemini) to generate text content for form fields. It is critical that you understand:

• AI is not perfect. Generated content may contain inaccuracies, grammatical errors, inappropriate phrasing, or factual mistakes.
• You must review all content. Before submitting any form, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all auto-filled or AI-generated content.
• No professional advice. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind (career, legal, financial, or otherwise).
• No guaranteed outcomes. Use of FillAI does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or any specific results.
• Content originality. While AI generates unique responses, we cannot guarantee that outputs will be entirely original or will not resemble content generated for other users with similar profiles.

3. Not an Employment Service

FillAI is a productivity tool that assists with form filling. We are NOT:

• An employment agency or recruiter

We do not connect you with employers, guarantee job placements, or have any relationship with the companies whose forms you fill using our Service.

FillAI fills forms based on data you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of your profile information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in your profile is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. Submitting false information on job applications may violate applicable laws and the terms of the websites where you apply.

6. Data Security Disclaimer

While we implement industry-standard security measures (AES-256-GCM encryption, HTTPS, JWT authentication), no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the Service.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Third-party service outages (Google AI, Supabase, payment processor, etc.)
• Technical issues beyond our control
